TRxLink™ (pronounced Transaction Link) (http://www.trxlink.com) is a powerful Web-based application service designed to enable businesses to streamline their requisitioning process. With an easy-to-use interface, TRxLink™ enables multiple users in an organization to initiate, review and approve requisitions, then create purchase orders in their organization's ERP application. TRxLink™ currently integrates with  Intuit® QuickBooks, Microsoft® Dynamics GP and NAV, and Sage® MAS90 and MAS200. It has the following features:


  • TRxLink™ allows you to create users in one of the following ways: by importing users from a Windows® Active Directory from an accessible network, so you can use your existing user setup, or by manually setting up users within TRxLink™ itself.
  • TRxLink™ can search your ERP for items or it can pull up an old purchase order and retrieve items from it to create a new requisition.
  • TRxLink™ allows you to add new vendors and items on-the-fly while creating purchase orders.
  • TRxLink™ supports shipping information both at the PO level and the line-item level, whichever is applicable to your business.
  • TRxLink™ can not only create purchase orders, it also allows you to perform receiving against them either by using an associated Invoice from your ERP, or by using the original PO itself as the reference transaction document.
  • TRxLink™ uses an intuitive mailbox-like user interface, for tracking sent and received requisitions and purchase orders, that shows who sent an entry or whom it was sent to, when it was sent or received, and the current status.
  • TRxLink™ has a highly flexible email notification engine for sending out alerts in response to several different kinds of events. These alerts can be dynamically configured for content and recipients.
  • There is no limit on the number of people that you can define in your requisition workflow chain.
  • TRxLink™ has an extremely powerful rule engine that gives you the flexibility to configure TRxLink™ according to your business' needs and processes.
  • TRxLink™ is organized in 3 layers for applying business rules: a system-level, a department level, and an individual user level. This gives you the power to choose to not only apply a rule, but also whom you want to apply it to.
  • TRxLink™ handles taxes, shipping charges and delivery dates at the line-item level.
  • TRxLink™ allows you to attach files with a PO such as estimates or quotations to forward for review.
  • TRxLink™ supports information for purchase orders over and above what is supported by your ERP, but it will only save to your ERP what your ERP can accept, while storing the full version in its own database.
