DocScan™ from e-BizSoft can manage all your documents relating to Payable, Bank reconciliation, and General Ledger with the click of a button.
DocScan™ is a powerfull add-on product that integrates with Microsoft® Dynamics GP all the way to GL level. It allows users to
attach images of checks, invoices, receipts, bank statements, bank deposit slips or other documents to transactions entered through the general ledger,
bank reconciliation and the payables management modules. With an easy-to-use interface, DocScan™ facilitates compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
audit requirements and saves time and effort.
DocScan™ utilizes built-in Microsoft™ Dynamics GP security features to allow or restrict users access to documents.
Attached documents can be viewed through various Microsoft™ Dynamics GP screens in the general ledger, bank reconciliation
and payables management modules. DocScan™ allows the flexibility to attach different types of documents including Microsoft™
Excel, Microsoft™ Word, JPEG, and

Adobe™ PDF files. Attachments can be viewed with the click of a button when accessing the
corresponding transaction in Microsoft™ Dynamics GP. Attached documents can be replaced later with other documents by an authorized user as well.
DocScan™ includes the following features:
- SUPPORTS entries for payables transactions, bank deposits, bank transactions,
bank transfers, and general ledger transactions.
- ALLOWS addition, viewing, deletion and renaming of document attachments in
a transaction.
- VERIFIES document attachments posted for batch, series and master levels.
- ENHANCES the accuracy of an auditing process for companies with SOX-compliance requirements.
- SUPPORTS a standard file naming convention for the document attachments
based on the associated transaction’s information.
- REPORTS transactions which are missing document attachments.
- ALLOWS document attachments to be stored and accessed from a
centralized network location.
- Supports Microsoft® Dynamics GP versions 8.0, 9.0 and 10.0
